Check Out What Happened This Week
The SoundChick brought another week full of reviews and interviews this week. In addition to that, The SoundChick is back on The Mosh Pit podcast. On the review side, The SoundChick covered "Sécheresse" by Cosmopolis and "Hungover Guilt" by When Nothing Works. Cosmopolis is for fans of David Bowie, Depeche Mode, or even U2. When Nothing Works is for those on the heavier side of the music scene. This is a band you're going to want to check out if you're into hardcore or metalcore.
When it comes to interviews, there was definitely no shortage. Two of these interviews were broadcasted on The Mosh Pit podcast. Wes Everett and The SoundChick interviewed Hardcore Forever clothing founder Darshon Keefer, and Mixer Mike of Descent of the Archangel. Make sure to check back in for next week's episode on August 13 to hear an interview with Corey Ravens of Hire The Puppets. In addition to those interviews, The SoundChick released a chat with Geoff Saavedra of The Raygun Girls. Saavedra is one who truly brings to life the meaning of a one-man band.
